For me, it is for sure Cold Turkey. It allows you to block certain website and apps when you want. Because of that, you will not be distracted. Also, what I found really helpful is Cold Turkey Writer. You set a goal (time or words) and it locks down your computer until you reach your goal. You can only write, you can not do anything else. Really good for essays etc.
