Traditional methods to overcome barriers to fitness include counselings and motivating people to engage in physical activities regularly as per standard recommended weekly physical exercise. Community wide campaigns influence multiple levels of the society including individual , inter-personal , institutional and community levels.
Individually adapted health behaviour change programs are very specific but far more tedious to practically implement as each individual has different preferences, lifestyle and interests.
Examples:
a) Health-plus
b) CHAMPS(Community healthy activities model program for seniors)
Other methods include:
- Enhanced school based physical education.
- Social support interventions in community settings.
Answer – ICD-10 Code Z21 As stipulated in the diagnosis
classification system created by Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC),
ICD-10 Code Z21 is to be applied to indicate asymptomatic positive human
immunodeficiency virus [HIV] infection status. That is, when a patient with no history
or complaint of symptoms tests positive for HIV.
I would say diabetes because when you're diabetic you have an elevated amount of glucose. Which causes the narrowing of blood vessels and stiffening in arteries and a decrease in the function of red blood cells. which would mean that white blood cells don't do their job, and fight infection. so with all of this, blood and oxygen flow to the wound are decreased. So the wound can not receive proper attention from the body because it doesn't have enough nutrients or oxygen to heal.
