An unjust society is basically like North Korea, but not as secluded.

What I mean is that an unjust society does not believe in the welfare of others, and only does things for itself, to protect itself under any and all circumstances.  And to top this off, the "leader" (or whatever term you want to use) is the one who believes this unjust society is the 'way to go'...
