When you think of modern art what comes to mind

Photography, digital art, music? um I mean everything is a art of some kind.

I generally imagine them as using patterns a white, gray, and black. I see occasional splashes of vibrant colors in it. It is often in peculiar, non-geometric shapes. I also see that modern art does not always have an apparent meaning or a deep meaning at all.
