Both water usage and the population of the Middle East are projected to increase. Many Middle Eastern countries will need to find better ways to use water. They might need to increase water restrictions and build more desalination plants to create more fresh water.

Ineffective leaders, civil unrest, and deficit spending were some of the main causes. louis xvi did nothing for the french citizens which lead to unrest among the people. he spent all of the french budget on irrelevant things, leading the country to bankruptcy. this made him an ineffective leader.
