That is because with options A and C he still has money to spend. Options B and D both have him spending exactly $615, but in B he only gets 27 pieces of equipment whereas in option D he gets 30 pieces of equipment.

I can say that a car with its doors closed and its windows rolled up acts like a GREENHOUSE. The answer would be option D. What made me say that it is like a greenhouse because aside from the protection it gives from too much heat from the sun, this also enables to regulate the temperature inside the car.
