The element of foreign policy strategy which least likely represents to be employed by the doctrines of all three presidents, Bush, Clinton, and Bush is Idealism. Idealism used to define approaches to foreign policy strategies that are specifically based on philosophical or moral perspectives.

EXPLANATION

In International Relations there is the term "Idealism" which is often used to define approaches to foreign policy strategies that are specifically based on philosophical or moral perspectives.

For example, an idealist would believe that the way to end poverty in their country must be accompanied by handling poverty abroad. The originator of idealism is president A. Woodrow Wilson. Wilson's idealism was the beginning of the theory of liberal international relations, which would later emerge in the "institutional development" of World War II.

President Bush and Clinton often mention the moral values of the American people in matters relating to foreign policy that will be applied by the government at that time. It can be seen that they all base the international policy agenda not from a philosophical point of view, instead they base it on the agenda of the interests of the state and the position of power it has compared to that of most other countries.

Answer:

The element of foreign policy strategy least likely to be employed by the doctrines of all three presidents, Bush, Clinton and Bush would be the element of idealism.

Explanation:

In International Relations the term "Idealism" is often used to define the approach to a specific foreign policy strategy based on a philosophical or moral perspective.

While Presidents Bush and Clinton did mention the moral values of the American people in relation to the foreign policies their governments were applying at the time, it is clear that neither of them based the international policy agenda on a philosophical viewpoint, rather they based it on the interests of the country and the position of power it holds in comparison to most other nations in the world.
