Answer:

Article 1, Section 8, is the right answer.

Explanation:

The Congress of the United States was established by Article One of the U.S. Constitution. According to this article, the U.S. Congress is bicameral and thus Congress has consisted of two houses known as the Upper and the Lower houses (the Senate and the House of Representatives). This Article provides the U.S. Congress with some specified powers and the ability to enact legislation "necessary and proper" to exercise those endowments. The legislative powers of Congress are enumerated in Section VIII of Article One.

What strategy did the Chines Communist Party (CCP) develop after the Nationalist chased them out of China's cities?
MA_775_DIABLO [31]

The correct answer to this open question is the following.

Although there are no options attached we can say the following.

The strategy that the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) developed after the Nationalists chased them out of China's cities was to start the so-called Long March led by Chinese Communist leader Mao Zedong.

In the Long March of 1934, Chiang's troops surrounded the Communist base in Jiangxi. The army of Mao could escape initiating what now is known as the Long March. Mao's army walked 5,000 miles to the northwest of China. The proletary, mainly peasants, declared their loyalty to Mao Zedong, the leader of the Chinese Communist Party, who promoted the idea of a revolution.

In the end, Mao defeated Chiang Kai-shek and established the People's Republic of China

Mao Zedong, leader of the Communist in China, defeated the Nationalistic Party in the Chinese Civil War. On October 1, 1949, Mao Zedong instituted Communism as the form of Government in China. The Chinese Communist Party promoted as its main goal greater equality among people. They wanted a better distribution of resources in the country. After Mao Zedong's victory, the United States ended diplomatic ties with the Communist government of China.

What was the name of the law in which the government gave a 160 acre farmhouse anyone willing to work on or improve the land ?
Kipish [7]
Ah cool!

This would be referring to the Homestead Act! They would give the land to anyone who was willing to work on or improve the land.

The land was given almost free of cost and all the new owner of the land was required to do, was work the land until it was ready for farming/crops, and then they had to build a house for themselves (and possibly their family).
