Sometimes, when we take a risk, we're not only put ourselves, but we also put other people in danger based on our decision

for example, when a CEO of a company with 100 employees choose to take a high risk decision which could make the company go bankrupt if the decision somehow failed. In this case his decision not only put his job on the line, but he also put the other 100 employees jobs on the line

Therefore, someone have to think about the effect of his risk taking to other people, and be responsible about it
