Do you think people should limit cellphone use ? Why ?

Yes. The reason why is that mostly teens are always on the phone and walking or driving around, causing them to get hurt from cars and car accidents. I would say they should limit the teens phone time by at least half the day and putting it away while driving or crossing the street.
