Answer:

These are different types of clouds which are categorized on the basis of their height and structure obtained.

Cloud A: This type of cloud is known as stratus. These are lowest clouds.Their shape is like flat sheet of gases.

Cloud B: This type of clouds are known as Cumulonimbus clouds. These are clouds which come in the category of highest clouds. But there are types which are more higher than these clouds. There shape is like the boiling or elevation of gases from a point. They are thicker and can block sunlight.

Cloud C: These are highest forms of clouds and known as cirrocumulus, cirrus, and cirrostratus. They are broken sheets of gas layers. They can or can not block the light.

Which statement best describes embryonic stem cells?
Zolol [24]

D

Embryonic stem cells are capable of self-renewal and unlimited differentiation.

Explanation:

An embryo is at the earliest stages in the growth and development of a higher organism. The cells of an embryo are pluripotent meaning that at the stage, they can differentiate into any type of cell of the organism. Therefore these cells are not determined and are referred to as stem cells. These cells are also self-renewing meaning that the cells can divide more stem cells.

Over time, these cells will begin to differentiate into tissues, organs, organ systems and ultimately into the whole organism. Some of the cells like the nerve, blood and muscle cells will also lose their self-renewal capacity.

Which of the following statments correctly describes the difference between plant cells and animal cell
Trava [24]

Answer:

Hiya there!

Explanation:

The difference between plant cells and animal cells is that plant cells are surrounded by a cell wall wile animal cells are not. The existence of the cell wall is used for photosynthesis of plants because it is in the cell wall where the chloroplast is located. Plant cells do not have lysosomes which has an important function for waste disposal of animal cell.

The table shows the distance between the moon and
Lunna [17]

January 10. 360,048.

Explanation:

The Earth and the Moon are two space bodies that have each other as the closest to one another. Both of them have their own gravitational pull, with the one of the Earth being much greater, while the one of the Moon being weaker than it is expected for a body of its size. Nevertheless they influence each other with the gravitational pull, which is most noticeable on Earth.

The gravitational pull between these two space bodies is the greatest when they are the closest to each other, while it is the smallest when they are the furthest from each other. On January 10 the distance between Earth and the Moon is the smallest and it is 360,048 km, so the gravitational pull is the greatest on this date. On December 19 the distance between Earth and the Moon is the greatest and it is 406,276 km, so the gravitational pull is the smallest.
