Burpee is an exercise where you use all your body to jump and rise your arms, then you go straight to the floor and do a push up, after doing a kind of squat. You get to use every all muscles groups: abs, arms, legs.

Push ups focuses pretty much on arms and abs. In push ups you use the strength of your arms to straighten and the you low your body.

Plank is an exercise that focuses on your abs, while you also use your arms and legs, so it is super complete. You put your body next to the floor, all your elbows on the ground and your feet touch the ground too, being the only two things touching the ground.

Mountain runner is like running but with your hands on the floor, and you use your feet touching the ground. You do the same movement like when you run. It focuses on your legs, while you actually work every part of your body,

Running sprinter is another way to strength your legs, while you sprint.

To do Jackknife from lying flat you put all your body on the ground, and you will raise your arms and legs using your abdominal force. It is focused on your abs.
