The subject is Throughout the book, a lot of characters like (Jem, Tom Robinson, Dill, Boo Radley, Mr. Raymond) can be identified as mockingbirds—innocents who have been injured or destroyed through contact with evil. <span>The </span>main theme<span> is "It is a sin to </span>kill a mockingbird<span>" in other words, picking on people who are helpless and don't do harm is a terrible thing.
