Answer:

29

Step-by-step explanation:

PEMDAS

1) Solve what is in the parenthesis going from left to right. (4-9= -5)

2) Then, multiply that value by what's in the second parenthesis (-5)(-6)=30

3) Lastly, consider anything not in parenthesis. Subtract the 1 since there is a minus sign in front

(4-9)(-6)-1=

(-5)(-6)-1=

30-1=

29

SIZIF [17.4K]
X=4
First find the solution to (x+1) ft. I chose to guess the answer as 4 and it worked (you’ll have to guess). I then plugged 4 into the other equation 2x. It became 2•4. Solving give the side length of 8 ft. Then you have to check to make sure they both have the same area. To do this just solve the equations.
First rectangle- 4•4= 16 ft area
Second rectangle- 2•8 = 16 ft area
( I’m really sorry if this is confusing)

Identify all sets to which the number 3.1214122144 . . . belongs. Choose from irrational, rational, whole, and integer
CaHeK987 [17]
It is an irrational number. That is because rational numbers can be put into fractions. But because this decimal goes on forever, you can't put it into a fraction. This is also not a whole number or an integer. Whole numbers and integers do not have any decimals or fractions in them, but this number is a decimal. Therefore, this number is irrational.
hope this helps:)
