If tanks had not emerged, there might not have been so many causalities in wars and countries fighting would have maintained a good count of soldiers.

Tanks were first made use of in the First World War. The tanks could easily cross muddy battlefields and fire lethal weapons. This meant that several soldiers of an army died at any given time when a tank was used. Had tanks not been discovered, there would have been more peace in the world and the armies would not always be under constant fear of war.
