CAN SOMEBODY PLEASE HELP I WILL MARK BRAINLEST IF U DRAW A MODEL PLEASE HELP
Anika [276]

Fireflies flicker and flash as they dart through their mating dances, all the while transforming a lovely summer night into a magical evening. While the bioluminescence that allows these insects to glow and gain the moniker “lightning bugs” creates wonder in humans, it is a not-uncommon feature in the animal world, especially for fish and other marine species.

National Geographic defines bioluminescence as light that occurs from the reaction between two chemicals within a living organism: the compound luciferin and either luciferase or photoprotein. The ability to produce light is not just a flashy feature; bioluminescence can give the animal a competitive advantage. For example, deep-sea vampire squids eject glowing mucus to startle predators, and hatchet fish use light-producing organs to adjust reflections off their bodies, masking themselves to prey who are hunting them from below. Other animals that glow or flash to get ahead at sea and on land include plankton, coral, and glowworms.

For decades, scientists and medical researchers studied bioluminescence in nature and have adapted fluorescent genes as biomarkers for many applications. That is how GloFish found their way into home aquariums across the country.

Anna [14]

Answer:

used force to bring the protest to an end.

Explanation:

Early 1930s was the time period when United States experienced the great economic depression.  The bonus army was a group consisted of Army veteran protestors who demanded  bonus payment for wartime services  in order to survive that depression.

Approximately, around 25,000 gathered in front of the Capitol for the protest.

The government dispatched the police to put the protest to an end since they feared that it would turned into riot. But, the protestors refused to do so. They dispatched tanks and throw tear gas in order to force the protest to end.

Veseljchak [2.6K]

Answer:

indirect channel

Explanation:

Direct channel : When company sell their product/services without using intermediary (other individuals or companies)

Indirect channel: When company sell their product/services by using intermediary

From the information, we know that Mamie already established a social and online presence. To boost their sales, they can use online intermediary (such as Instagram and you tube influences) to promote their product, and give the influences a certain percentage of the profit.

This method will require very little risk and capital requirement for Umami compared to making huge investment in strengthening their direct channel.
