C) m would equal 3

a)F=ma, you would divide F by a to get it onto the left side of the equation, so F/m=a. Use this as the basis for the next two problems.

b)-34/10= -3.4 units

c)If you look for m, do the same thing. F=ma, so divide by a to get it to the left side. F/m=a, so 36/12=3 units

How many solutions does 4(y-30)=4y+12
Anit [1.1K]

\text{Solve for y:}\\\\4(y-30)=4y+12\\\\4y-120=4y+12\\\\\text{Subtract 4y from both sides}\\\\-120=12\\\\\text{You would see that the y variable is now non-existent}\\\\\text{This means that there are no solutions}\\\\\boxed{\text{No solutions}}
