Charcoal is a limited drawing medium (like pencil) because you can only create art forms in a monochromatic scale- black (your charcoal medium) to white (or whatever colour your canvas is.)
Farming allowed humans to form permanent settlements and abandon their nomadic ways. Humans shifted from hunting and gathering models to fixed farming villages.
