The answer is; The trait can be passed down from parent to offspring.

These traits are passed down from parents to offspring through genetic material. Each parent contributes half the genes of the offspring. This occurs through gametes which have half the chromosome number of the parents (hence haploid). The genes in the chromosomes are passed down by Mendelian principles and are responsible for the traits of the offspring.

Why do enzymes act upon energy of activation

In the presence of an enzyme, the Activation energy is lowered. thus the reactions reaches the activation energy and the reaction is initiated faster and therefore completes faster than the reactions without enzymes. Enzymes lower activation energy, which allows a reaction to occur at a faster rate.

Answer: Tropical rain forests experiences no seasons because it is just hot all year round while temperate rain forests experiences four seasons. Tropics also receive the most sunlight in the planet while temperate rain forests receive light at a slanted angle.
