How do punishments differ from a man and a woman in ancient Mesopotamia

History

Answer:Crime and punishment, criminal law and its administration, are areas of ancient history that have been explored less than many other aspects of ancient civilizations. Throughout history women have been affected by crime both as victims and as offenders. In the ancient world, customary laws were created by men, formal laws were written by men, and both were interpreted and enforced by men. This two-volume work explores the role of gender in the formation and administration of ancient law and examines the many gender categories and relationships established in ancient law, including legal personhood, access to courts, citizenship, political office, religious office, professions, marriage, inheritance, and property ownership. Thus it focuses on women and crime within the context of women in the society.

what does lincoln say that the people at the dedication of soldiers national ceremony could not really dedicate, consecrate, or
krok68 [10]
What you are referring too is the Gettysburg address. But perhaps maybe you haven't heard it all over.

Lincoln explains in his speech that it is the soldiers who have given their lives, and who have fought with such valor in what they believed in, that have hallowed this ground. Soldiers on both sides, as the states which turned against the union, remained as stars on the union flag.

In other words, it is not the piece of paper that hallows the ground. Not the speech or any other source or action. It is the dedication of the men who fought there that hallowed that ground

If you wish to learn more about this, I recommend going to Gettysburg Pennsylvania just as I have. The town features great restaurants and attractions and you can learn so much from the museum and a trip to the battlefield.

7. Explain the controversy among Genie's team of doctors and researchers.
iragen [17]

The controversy among Genie's team of doctors and researchers is "based on how well to cater for Genie and how best to measure her responses to the treatment."

This is evident in the fact that many researchers and doctors wanted to examine Genie for various reasons.

Genie is a feral child whose case was popular in the 1970s when she broke free from isolation.

Some doctors and researchers seek to understand the psychological and psychiatric effects Genie has suffered.

Some believe she's used as a human guinea pig or lab rat.

Others believe her situation cannot be redeemed, given that her condition is difficult to evaluate.

Some researchers concluded that Genie's situation was just exploited for professional and financial gains.

Hence, in this case, it is concluded that Genie's situation is a delicate situation that made many doctors and researchers disagree on many practices.
