Protection of habeas corpus means citizens cannot be held without legal action.

Further Explanations:

Habeas corpus is alternative in regulation through which an individual can report against an illegal detention or imprisonment. Police have to plead in front of the judiciary for the custody of a person usually by a prison official. A per person after his arrest has to be presented in the court within 48 hours and then it is determined by the court whether his detention is lawful or not. These proceeding are called the court order that needs Judge’s ratification to hold a person lawfully in the prison. It is on the magistrate to continue his custody or free the arrested.

In United States Judicial framework, government courts are having the authority to apply the summons of Habeas corpus. They decide whether a imprisonment of a prisoner is substantial or not. Court orders in which a judge requires authorities to prove that a prisoner is being held lawfully and that allows the prisoner to be freed if the judge is not persuaded by the governments case. Habeas corpus rights imply that prisoners have a right to know what charges are being made against them. I am going to say that it is citizens cannot be punished without a trial.

-Do you think Clarisse inherited some characteristics from her father, who is the war god?
slava [35]

Answer:

 1. Yes, Clarisse most likely inherited some characteristics from her father such as her ferocity, braveness, hot-temperedness and strong nature.
 2. The Big Three; Zeus, Poseidon and Hades had sworn to not have any more children since they were becoming too powerful. Poseidon most likely didn't want to claim Percy in order to avoid facing the fact that he broke the oath with his brothers.
 3. A good leader needs to be honest, be able to communicate and delegate responsibility. He/she needs to have a positive attitude, be able to inspire others and be creative. Chiron meets all of this criteria; he is honest to the campers and to Percy when asked serious questions about the ongoing crisis, he is able to delegate responsibility and the way he runs Camp Half-Blood is creative as well as inspiring for the campers to develop their multiple talents.

Explanation:

 1. Clarisse's father is Ares, God of War who also possesses these characteristics.
 2. Poseidon broke the oath with Zeus and Hades regarding fathering more children.
 3. Chiron is a good camp leader.
