WARRIOR [948]

To solve:

Direct marterial cost = $12,000

Direct labor cost = $11,000

Manufacturing overhead = 85% of direct labor cost = $9,350

Add up all of the costs for the total cost of Job No. 110.

$12,000 + $11,000 + $9,350 = $32,350.

A small clothing firm currently produces 50,000 shirts and blouses per month. The cost of its factory, raw materials, and labor
Vesnalui [34]

Answer:

b. $10

Explanation:

The computation of the cost per shirt is shown below:

= (The cost of its factory, raw materials, and labor) ÷ (production level)

= $500,000 ÷ 50,000 shirts

= $10

Since we have to compute the cost per shirt before the increase in production level so we do not consider the increased production level and increase labor and raw material expense.

Answer:

The correct answer is: self-actualization.

Explanation:

American psychologist Abraham Maslow (1908-1970) proposed the hierarchy of needs -usually portrayed in a pyramid to explain- humans face different needs but the most basic must be satisfied so they can pursuit ti satisfy other less necessary desires. According to Maslow, those needs are divided into five (5) categories: Physiological needs, safety needs, love and belonging, esteem, and self-actualization.

Self-actualization is at the top of the pyramid and this need arises when individuals have the desire to become the most that one can be. Just like in Robert's case. He has fulfilled his career goals so he decides to retire and contribute to the education of underprivileged children.
