One codon is needed for an amino acid. tRNA carries the amino acid. tRNA has it's own set of anticodons which will match with one of mRNA's codon. When tRNA finds the mRNA that matches it, it will drop the amino acid off.

In the late 1960s, Robert Paine conducted landmark studies on diversity in the rocky intertidal zone, comparing the species dive
Ludmilka [50]

Answer: Option E

Explanation:

During conducting the experiment, it was performed in control conditions. In this case the top predators were removed.

There were limited number of organism left at the place which compete with each other for the same resources.

Mussel and Barnacle were the two species left there which feed on the same resources for their needs. This is the reason there was loss of diversity.

vines and trees are both plants but, they are very different from each other. what adaptations can you see in these plants, and
atroni [7]
trees have well-developed roots and leaves.
vines can crawl in walls and other trees that catches better sunlight and rainwater.

Adaptations are the result of evolution in different living organisms. This process occurs amazingly through gene mutation but it takes a very long period in time. Adaptation processes occur to help species survive and thrive in the ecological balance of life. Structural adaptations are physical features of an organism that adapted through time.

Distinguish between dimorphic, polymorphic, and continuously variable traits.
jolli1 [7]

Dimorphic, polymorphic, and continuously variable traits are distinguished as follows:

 • Dimorphism is the condition of those species of animals or plants that exhibit two anatomical aspects or two different forms.

 • When talking about polymorphisms in genetics, reference is made to the different variations that may exist on the DNA of the same gene.

 • Continuously variable traits are those that show a continuous distribution of phenotypes.

Therefore, we can conclude that dimorphism is a polymorphism with only two forms, the polymorphism is any stable change of the DNA fixed in the population and in continuously variable traits the phenotypes show a continuous series and cannot be easily grouped.
