The correct answer is B. The Stamp Act

Explanation:

The Stamp Act was one fo the acts approved by the English Parliament after the mid-eighteenth century that increases the tax and restriction in the colonies. This act was approved in 1765 and imposed taxes on paper and all printed materials such as pamphlets, official documents, newspapers or magazines, as the act imposed to the colonies to use paper that was made in England and had a revenue stamp. This caused mainly a negative reaction in the colonies as there was an imposition by the English parliament and few guarantees to people in the colonies, this situation worsened with subsequent acts that impose new taxes on different products.

El Nino causes significant weather changes in the Pacific as well produces significant changes in marine life.

What is El Nino?

El Nino is an abnormal weather pattern which occurs as a result of the warming of the Pacific Ocean near the equator, off the coast of South America.

During El Nino, air pressure rises in the western Pacific and falls in the central and eastern Pacific, thus weakening normal trade winds.

Less upwelling occurs near the coast of South America and the warm and nutrient-poor water of the western Pacific spreads east, piling up water in the eastern tropical Pacific.

Faster evaporation of warm water in the Pacifc leads to high humidity.

Certain areas in the northern U.S. and Canada are dryer and warmer than usual whereas areas in the U.S. Gulf Coast and Southeast are wetter than usual and have increased flooding.

Also, less upwelling results in fewer phytoplankton off the coast which lowers fish population which in turn, affects everything that eats fish.

Therefore, El Nino causes significant weather changes in the Pacific.
