Hello!

If you don't have a heating pad and are looking to get rid of cramps,

Things like taking a hot bath or shower can be a good replacement. Heat helps in minimizing the cramps.

Alternatively drinking lots of water and taking an NSAID (Things like Aspirin) will also help in getting rid of cramps!

Certain foods have also been said to help in preventing cramps.

Occasionally doctors have been known to recommend Birth Control or Magnesium supplements to help with cramps as the change in hormones allows for the process to more easily go through your body and less painfully.

Hope this helps answer your question.

Explain how finances be a barrier to keeping physically fit?
eduard

An individual's finances can affect the means by which they can do physical activiry, which in turn affects their ability to keep physically fit.

If, for example, an individual has a small amount of finances to their name, they may not be able to access specialized equipment that would normally be found in places such as gyms (which require a paid membership most of the time).

In short: There's only so much one can do for free and without any kind of fitness equipment.

Answer: an activity state followed by a synaptic state.

Explanation:

Mark Stokes introduced the theory that short-term variations in the neural networks can be responsible for information being collected in the memory.

There´re two states involved in this process. First, during the activity state, when the person is working to memorize information, several neurons are activated. This leads to the next step, the synaptic state when neuron firing discontinues.
