In 1994 President Bill Clinton passed a 30 billion Crime Bill. What were the particulars of that crime bill and did that bill h
wariber [46]

Criminal law also known as 1994’s Violence crime control and law enforcement acts. Although the bill contained some positive provisions, such as increased accountability and new protection for survivors of domestic and sexual violence, it was also responsible for increased rate of racial inequality by including criminal law.

This continues to undermine the security and life of color communities in three ways:

 • Death penalty allowed for 60 new federal crimes

The so-called "direct descendants of the lynching" has always attacked and terrorized the Black and Latin American communities. Within five years of passing the bill, 74 percent of those accused by federal prosecutors of issuing recommendations on the death penalty were colored.

Last year, the Trump administration called on prosecutors to impose the death penalty if "large quantities of drugs were smuggled in." If this persists, then the worst case happens on this.

 • Compulsory life sentences for persons with three convictions

Criminal law has introduced many new rules on three strokes - laws that automatically impose life sentences on convicted persons for certain offenses if they have already registered two convictions.

A system of three strikes as part of a criminal strike has sentenced thousands of Americans to life imprisonment for past crimes involving petty crimes such as stealing small items from a parked car. In 2016, 78.5 percent of Americans doomed to live in a federal prison were colored.

 • Severe new punishments for young people involved in the administration of justice

Criminal law allowed prosecutors to bring 13-year-old children to adulthood because of some crimes. As a result, two-thirds of Americans were sentenced to life imprisonment because young people are black. Teen coloring also accounts for a significant proportion of cases that are referred to adult criminal courts, regardless of the category of crime.
