It doesnt differ lets take 10 = 6 + 4 multiply thru by a negative and flip the sign -10 = -6 - 4 flipping an equals sign about seems redundant, but the process works nonetheless <span>having two separate rules for solving inequalities and equalities seems pointless

Out of the 90 customers at Eva's boutique35 wore a size extra-large. What is the probability that a randomly selected customer w
Svetllana [295]

Answer: 7/18

Step-by-step explanation:

Number of customers at Eva's boutique = 90

Number of customers who wore a size extra-large = 35

The probability that a randomly selected customer wore a size extra-large will be:

= Number of customers who wore a size extra-large / Number of customers at Eva's boutique

= 35 / 90

= 7/18

Therefore, the probability that a randomly selected customer wore a size extra large is 7/18.

How do you simplify this equation?
faust18 [17]

<u>Answer:</u>

The answer is B --> \frac{x^{2} }{3x^{2} -1}

<u>How I got that:</u>

<u />

These are really easy, you're simply looking for numbers that you can factor down. Like here:

I took:

\frac{4x^{2} }{12x^{2} -4}

and saw that I could factor out 4 from the denominator:

\frac{4x^{2} }{4(3x^{2} -1)}

and then I canceled out the common factor (4 because its on both sides):

\frac{x^{2} }{3x^{2} -1}

And there ya go!
