The correct answer is - C. Furs.

Both, the Europeans and the American Indians had something that the others wanted. The Europeans had lots of manufactured goods that the American Indians were finding attractive, and the American Indians were providing furs which were very desired and highly appreciated among the Europeans.

The Europeans and the American Indians, by the means of the furs and the manufactured goods developed a nice trading relationship for some time. Unfortunately for the Indians, lot of them were trading furs for alcohol and became alcoholics, which totally ruined their lives.

Which of the following best depicts the relationship between feudalism and monorialism in the medieval Europe
Angelina_Jolie [31]

Answer:

The correct answer is A) they both describe the relationship of those in power over those not in power

Explanation:

A is correct answer because in both systems there are clear differences between those who are owing land and those who are working on it. In the feudal system, owner of the land (senior) is giving land for usage to his vassals, while peasants are doing all the hard work. It is the same in manorial system, peasants are practically dependent on the land they are working on, and sometimes are not even allowed to leave it.

B is not correct because these systems have nothing to do with education.

C is not correct, because there was practically no middle class in that period, especially in the feudal system.

Explain one social change in Africa that resulted from the atlantic slave trade
topjm [15]

The negative impact of the international slave trade on Africa was immense. It can be seen on the personal, family, communal, and continental levels. In addition to the millions of able-bodied individuals captured and transported, the death toll and the economic and environmental destruction resulting from wars and slave raids were startlingly high. In the famines that followed military actions, the old and very young were often killed or left to starve.

What does it mean to preserve protect and defend the constitution
Katen [24]

Answer:

What is the time relationship between a President’s assumption of office and his taking the oath? Apparently, the former comes first, this answer appearing to be the assumption of the language of the clause. The Second Congress assumed that President Washington took office on March 4, 1789,1 although he did not take the oath until the following April 30.

That the oath the President is required to take might be considered to add anything to the powers of the President, because of his obligation to preserve, protect and defend the Constitution, might appear to be rather a fanciful idea. But in President Jackson’s message announcing his veto of the act renewing the Bank of the United States there is language which suggests that the President has the right to refuse to enforce both statutes and judicial decisions based on his own independent decision that they were unwarranted by the Constitution.2 The idea next turned up in a message by President Lincoln justifying his suspension of the writ of habeas corpus without obtaining congressional authorization.3 And counsel to President Johnson during his impeachment trial adverted to the theory, but only in passing.4 Beyond these isolated instances, it does not appear to be seriously contended that the oath adds anything to the President’s powers.
