<h2>The model in the image justifies this statement that the body carries out critical life functions through systems of specialized cells like Nerve cells, blood cells, and reproductive cells.</h2>

Explanation:

Steroid hormones are derived from cholesterol responsible for the regulation of a wide range of physiological functions.

DNA is a self-replicating material which is present in maximum living organisms as the main integral part of chromosomes. It acts as a carrier of genetic information.

This hormone consist of a different cell, which is getting extracted by another cell through a steroid receptor.

Ribosomes, also known as protein builders are minute particles consisting of RNA. Proteins are needed for several cellular functions like repairing damage or controlling chemical processes. These functions would be impossible without the help of all specialized cells.

Answer:

This hormone was made by a different cell, and it’s now being taken in by another cell using a steroid receptor. The steroid receptor is affecting the process of transcription in the nucleus so that a specific type of mRNA can exit the cell and form a new protein in the ribosomes. This formation wouldn’t be possible unless specialized cells were working together to perform this function.

What is the function of bile in the digestion of fats in the small intestine?
Anna35 [415]

Answer:

Bile is a fluid that is made and released by the liver and stored in the gallbladder. Bile helps with digestion. It breaks down fats into fatty acids, which can be taken into the body by the digestive tract.

Explanation:

When digesting fats, bile acts as an emulsifier to break the large fat globules into smaller emulsion droplets. Emulsified fats provide a larger area for the fat-digesting enzymes (lipase) to act, making the process quicker. Bile acts as a good solvent.

The cells in this part of a plant form long, vertical tubes. What is the most
Soloha48 [4]

Answer:

The cells present in the stem are part of the xylem and phloem conductive tissues. They are characterized by being elongated and in tubular form because they transport the substances, the xylem transports  water and  inorganic mineral sales that the root absorbs from the soil. The phloem is responsible for transporting substances synthesized in photosynthesis.

Its tubular and elongated shape facilitates the transport of these substances
