First you find the perimeter of the rectangle which is the easiest to find which is 12*2+4*2=32 ft and then you find the circumference of the circle (suppose you take the two halves and put them together) 2pi*r or 3.14*4=12.56 ft and then you add them together resulting in 44.56 ft
