Answer:

The English east India company was established in 1600 at Surat India, its headquarter is in London, United Kingdom. The English east India company exploited trade between east and southeast Asia and India, with this trade the country gained lots of benefits majorly by being a monopoly trader in the eastern Indian spice trader. If The English east India company did not establish its trading post in India this would have effected the company's profitability negatively but later on would not have been owned by an Indian. In the 18th and 19th century the company involved in political affairs and acted as an agent of British. The company played a role of being a negotiator between the Britishers and the the residents of the sub-continent. The English east India company compelled the residents of the sub-continent to gain independence in a single state, Gandhi agreed to this but Jinnah was against one nation theory instead Jinnah demanded a separate land for Muslims and succeeded to gain independence with a separate land for Muslims.
