Putting a helmet on while riding a bike is something you shouldn’t even have to think about doing. A no brainer is something tha doesn’t take much thought and uses little to no mental effort. riding your bike without a helmet can also cause serious brain/head injuries when accidents occur, making it a “no brainer“
