Answer:

A. Unfair tax practices of the French Monarchy.

Explanation:

Monarch is a government that rules the society and powerful king or queen headed it. The monarch ruling controlled all the social aspect. Therefore the ruler had absolute power on the community. This involved placing people in various estates power for instance nobility peasants or clergy.

The medieval absolute monarchy had a practice of divine right; this means that monarch attained its power from the gods. This, therefore, increased the monarchy power since it ensured the leaders did not gain their skills through people, and thus, people had no control or said in their ruling.

Why did George Washington didn't want to be president at first?
melamori03 [73]
George Washington did not want to accept the presidency that the people wanted to give him for fear of becoming a tyrant himself, just like King George II of England, from whom they just declared themselves independent from. When he became president, he made an example by only taking 2 terms and then refusing to continue being president. It wasn't until much later that a law was introduced to prevent any single president from serving more than 2 terms.
