What are three questions you should answer and analyze when dealing with peer pressure situations?
sasho [114]

The first question I would ask myself is am I comfortable with this situation? If the answer is no then you next have to decide how to deal with it.

Second question would be, how can I get myself out of this situation in the best way possible? You can either just say no to the person pressuring you if you are confident enough to do so in a calm manner, you can avoid the situation altogether which might work might making excuses, you can delay your decision making by telling the person you will get back to them.

Lastly you should ask yourself, how can I avoid getting into situations like this again in the future? You can avoid the people putting pressure on you, you can get a good support network of friends and family to help you and have your back, you can speak to trusting people in your life for advice.
