If the body is all shaking, or you feel uncomfortable, than, probably, something stressing you out, or, if you feel relaxed, you are calm, and in the positive mood.
If you're stressed you might have headaches, stomachaches, and have low energy. If you are stressed for a long period of time, you might start to notice hair loss, grey hairs, your neck is strained, or memory problems.
If you're relaxed your breathing slows down, your heart rate slows down, and occasionally you can notice feeling of warmth.
The summer meal program is important because some children only eat at school. School is the only food they get and they can't go two months without food because they would starve so this is very important.
