If you're stressed you might have headaches, stomachaches, and have low energy. If you are stressed for a long period of time, you might start to notice hair loss, grey hairs, your neck is strained, or memory problems.

If you're relaxed your breathing slows down, your heart rate slows down, and occasionally you can notice feeling of warmth.
