Japan -

Japan agreed to respect the border of China. But in 1937 japan didn't keep up their promise and crossed the borders which resulted in war. Addition to this, Japan was run by military leaders.  

Italy -  

The Second Italo-Ethiopian War, was a war which was fought between October 1935 and February 1937. It is taken as an example of the expansionist policy that characterized the Axis powers and the inefficiency of the League of Nations before the outbreak of World War II.

Germany -

Rome-Berlin Axis , Coalition was formed in 1936 between Italy and Germany. An agreement was formulated by foreign minister of italy. Italy's foreign minister  informally linking the two fascist countries was reached on October 25, 1936.  

Spain-

Firstly the Fascist victory in Spanish Civil War, 1936- 39 was taken as act of aggression. Then in March 1938, Anschluss, or union of Austria and Germany, occurs. After that in September 1938. At Munich Conference, Britain and France cave in to Hitler's demands.
