You can infer that the women is going to have a baby because from the first choice it says the women has a broken ankle, but she is clutching her stomach the second option says she is trying to find someone to help her sick husband but clearly the women in the one in need of help and for the 4th option, nowhere does it mention and food and plus i am pretty sure if they were delivering lunch to the staff, that the women wouldn’t be yelling at her husband and clutching her abdomen.
The husbandf carrying the bag is a big point of evidence because when woman go into the hospital to give birth almost always they bring a birth bag with them.
I heard you have a bad grade if you want some advice here it is try to learn what you did wrong to help you and help get the grade up. Two i would ask the teacher for help or ask questions when your confused or lost in a subject. Three remember you have friends and family supporting you. And lastly Number 4 Believe in yourself support yourself if you think you can do it charge at full speed and dont stop for nothing!
