Answer:

The constitution puts the government at the service of the people, and in exchange the collectivity agrees to grant power to government. It has three powers that are used to ensure the goals of the constitution: the government must foster union and cooperation between the States of the federation, ensure domestic peace and unity, guarantee people’s live and property, promote freedom and well being. Government then legislates, executes and solves conflict. For this purpose it has three branches that check on each other to guarantee the sovereignty always rests on the people.
