The answer is the misuse of cause and effect. Both artificial sweeteners and sugar are both detrimental to weight loss effort.

EXPLANATION

The question above is an example of misuse cause and effect. The artificial sweeteners and sugar are both detrimental to weight loss because they made someone feel full without really getting healthy carbohydrates.

The Dietary Guidelines for Americans state that sugar should be limited, for only under 10% for daily calories. This guideline implicitly states that eating too much sugar daily can cause harm to the body.

The global sugar consumption has increased from 130 to 178 million tons of sugar. The average Americans consume around 22 teaspoons of sugar a day. To meet the intake that the Dietary Guidelines for Americans had stated, then most people will need to cut their daily sugar intake consumption in half. Each person will need to eat no more than 12 teaspoons of sugar, equal to only 20-ounce of soda a day.

If a person eats at a lot of added sugar, not the natural sugar that is found in fruit and milk, then it will increase the risk of getting cancer, heart disease, type 2 diabetes, and can also lead to obesity.

The problem with eating a lot of sugar is the hard time that our body will have after processing it. The glucose of the sugar will be passed into the bloodstream and the blood sugar will rise quickly. To bring the sugar levels back to normal, then pancreas needs to release insulin to decrease the sugar level.

It illustrates how "human nature" is the result of a complex relationship between nature (biology) and nurture (the social environment).
If this is not the case, Anna would end up to grow up into the ordinary woman just like other children in her age.
But instead of this, Anna grew up into a socially incapable child that could barely mutter words that other people could understand.
