The American man asked his girl companion named Jig to carry out an unspecified operation. The girl promised to get the operation done if it would make the man happy.
Later sensing that the girl did not really want to do the operation, the man asked her not to do it if she did not want to. At the end of the day they ended up going around the same topic with making any serious headway.
