According to the Merriam-Webster dictionary, culture is defined as "<span>the act of developing the intellectual and moral </span>faculties<span> especially by education."

If this is too hard for you to understand, it's basically saying that culture is the development of your intellect and your morals/ethics by education from those people who came before you, previous generations. Culture is passed down from generation to generation, and is also improved/changed.
