I would think its the 4th answer, because they're talking about NASA the whole time and about health. Even though they stark talking about sports and stuff, its only in one paragraph, it all leads to the one conclusion, about NASA's involvement in technology and health etc. and since the 4th answer is about that I think it might be it. But at the same time it's possible that it is the first one because all the other paragraph would be there to prove that point. It could be either, chose with your gut feeling
