Answer:

B) Binding dust storms

C) A long period of drought

Explanation:

The Dust Bowl caused ecological, economical and human suffering to the United States at the same time that it was dealing with the Great Depression. And even though the economic deterioration caused by the Great Depression was an influential factor, it was not the exclusive reason for the Dust Bowl to take place. The other triggers that influenced the outbreak of the Dust Bowl were high temperatures, the lack of usual agricultural activity and the outcome of wind erosion caused by this.

V125BC [204]
At the constitutional convention in 1787, the issue of representation in the United States Legislature was resolved by the Great Compromise. The Great Compromise happened in the year 1787 over a debate regarding the way the states should be represented. Larger states demanded more representation while the smaller states thought that it was unfair and the representation should be equal. Roger Sherman understood that this debate could reach a point where everything would be destroyed and so he started the process of the Great Compromise.
