Answer:

benefits:

- more people to give you advice (especially if they're older than you)

- more people to talk to and hang out with

- more people to rely on or ask for help

- less chance of you being alone (because usually there's at least 1 person around you)

- you can rotate chores between everyone

drawbacks/costs:

- more family means higher costs on buying things that the family needs (toiletries, food, clothes etc.)

- depending on if you're an extrovert or introvert, having so many people around could get loud/tiring/just too much

- everyone can't fit in just one car; you need more than one car or at least a large car

- you can feel kinda overshadowed if there's so many family memebers around you

- you have to make plans to go to most places (gotta decide who takes what car, who follows who etc.)

- a lot of laundry

Answer:

space

Explanation:

As air gets warm, the air molecules have more energy and move around more, taking up more space. As the warm air expands, it becomes less dense than the cold air, so rises up and floats above the cold air.

If the earth is 4.6 billion years old, why is the oldest ocean floor only 180 million years old?
borishaifa [10]

the oldest ocean floor is only 180 million years old, because the oldest crust is destroyed at subduction zones.

What are subduction zones?

According to NOAA, tectonic plates are fragments of the Earth's hard outer layer that steadily travel across the surface of the globe over millions of years (opens in new tab). (This is a fundamental principle of the theory of plate tectonics, which holds that pieces of the Earth's crust slide across the lower mantle and carry continents with them.) According to the U.S. Geological Survey(opens in new tab), the Earth's crust and the top part of the mantle, a thick, heated layer under the crust, make up that outer layer, also known as the lithosphere (USGS). This lithosphere material curls downward into the heated mantle during subduction zones, when two tectonic plates collide and one slides beneath the other.
