Based on studies a person is 11 times more likely to be in an automobile accident or collision when they have reached the Blood Alcohol Concentration (BAC) of .08.  This is considered the "legal limit" in the United States.  Mothers Against Drunk Driving (MADD) helped to pass the legal limit of .08.
