$y=12x+2.......(i)\\ \\ y=2x-1.........(ii)$

Substitute the value of y from equation (ii) to equation (i) we get

$2x-1=12x+2$

$-2-1=12x-2x$

$-3=10x$

$x=\frac{-3}{10}$

$y=2*\frac{-3}{10}-1=\frac{-3}{5}-1=\frac{-8}{5}$

So the solution is (-3/10,-8/5).
