if Base are equal power are added

like wise in first expressions power are added

but in second expressions cube of three is written as x to the power.

so they are not equal

About 31.16 feet.

You just multiply 9.5 m by 3.28 ft.... but it you need to round it to the nearest feet, it would be 31 ft.
