ruslelena [56]

The sequence of amino acid in polypeptide is dictated by the codons in the messenger RNA molecules from which polypeptide was translated. Smoking cessation is a process to discontinue smoking in a person who regularly smokes. Smoking cessation process contains nicotine replacement therapy because nicotine makes the people dependent on tobacco.

As the nurse is teaching the client about the self-management technique for smoking cessation so "I should visit all the places where I started smoking" is the statement from client which indicated that further teaching should be given to the client because if the client goes to those place than he could start smoking again because of tobacco craving.
