Textual Evidence means you get the answer from what the text says like you read the text and when it says use textual evidence you have to write or say what part of the text has the answer

Textual evidence means  siting relevant or important evidence from a text. It may be a novel, and so forth.
We do this mostly when writing paragraphs and essays. It is useful because it helps you analyze what the text is technically referring to. :D
