Parkinsonism can be defined as the condition of tremor, rigidity, bradykinesia, and the postural disability due to the presence of the Parkinson's disease.

The tremors and rigidity can cause the stiffness of the muscles. The stiffness of the muscles can be lessen with the help of exercises. So, the nursing plan, in this case, must include the exercises. It is found that the range of motion exercises help in decreasing muscular stiffness and joint function. These exercises should be repeated at an interval of 8 hours to ensure the decrease in the stiffness.
